Ingredients:

  • 5 tart-sweet apples
  • 70 g wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  2. Place the apples in the oven for 30 minutes, or until they are soft.
  3. Let the apples cool for 30 minutes.
  4. Peel and core the apples, then mash the flesh with a fork.
  5. Add the flour, egg, and baking powder to the applesauce.
  6. Mix until well combined.
  7. Shape the dough into small patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
  9. Let the cookies cool slightly before slicing into squares.

Tips:

  • You can add a sprinkle of poppy seeds to the dough for extra flavor.
  • For a round cookie shape, drop the dough by spoonfuls onto the baking sheet.
